Wholesale Terms & Conditions
• Because our items are handcrafted from natural leather, there may be minor variations from item to item.
The size and design of each piece will be substantially the same as pictured.
• Initial orders must total $250 or more, with payment made in full before items are shipped.
Subsequent orders must total $125 or more, and payment can be made on Net 30 terms.
- Shipping costs are as follows:
Orders of $100 – $250: $10
Orders of $250 – $400: $15
Orders of $400 and up: $20
• Most orders are shipped by U.S. Priority Mail with insurance.
Signature confirmation is included for orders over $500.
If you prefer FedEx or UPS, please inform us before placing an order and we can get a quote for the estimated shipping.
• Please allow at least 5-7 business days from the time of your order for completion of the items.
Larger quantity or custom orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability.
Returns:
Our return policy lasts for 30 days after delivery of items for wholesale accounts.
Our customers normally receive a 14-day return policy so this allows for two additional weeks as your store’s return policy.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges within 30 days after delivery of items for wholesale accounts.
For exchanges, we will invoice for the shipping costs on the exchanged items and provide prepaid shipping labels.
Example scenario: If one purchased item is selling well and another purchased item is not selling at all, you may exchange/swap those items.
Custom Items:
Almost all of our items can customized with company logos, graphics, words, font, etc.
We offer custom options for an additional fee + wholesale costs.
The additional fee will vary depending on the scale of the project.

Custom items are exempt from returns/exchanges unless the items are damaged or not as agreed upon.
