Most artisan items that we offer are made to order and usually take about 4-5 business days to make and ship.

Do You Take Custom Orders?
We are unable to accommodate individual custom orders but we may accommodate custom projects with large quantities such as company branded products.

Where Do You Ship To?
We ship to almost every country in the world.
There may be additional customs fees depending on your country, please contact your postal carrier to get more information.

Where Is My Package?
Once we shipped your order, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Some carriers can be slower to update tracking information depending on service used.
While we will do our best to help, once orders have left our workshop, Arrow & Board cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.

If you’re having and issue tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance.
