When Will My Item Ship?

Most items that we offer are made to order and usually take about 5 business days to make and ship.

Do You Take Custom Orders?
We are unable to accommodate individual custom orders but we can accommodate custom projects for large quantities such as a getting a company logo on an item.

Where can I purchase your products?
We are an online only company and we do not have a retail location to accommodate local pickups.
We do occasionally bring some of our items to trade shows and other events.

Where Is My Package?
Once we have made your order and packaged it up, you should receive an email with the tracking information.
Some carriers can be slower to update tracking information depending on service used.
While we will do our best to help, once orders have left our workshop, Arrow & Board cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.

If you’re having and issue tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance.
