When Will My Item Ship?

Artisan collection items are made to order and take about 3-5 business days to make and ship.
Essential collection items ship within 1 business day of ordering.
You can see the most accurate turn around time on each product page under "Shipping"

Where Do You Ship To?
We ship all around the world.
There may be additional customs fees depending on your country, please contact your postal carrier to get more information as you will be responsible for these fees.

Do You Take Custom Orders?
We are unable to accommodate individual custom orders but we may accommodate custom projects with large quantities such as company branded products.

Where Is My Package?
Once we shipped your order, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Some carriers can be slower to update tracking information depending on service used.
While we will do our best to help, once orders have left our workshop, Arrow & Board cannot be held accountable for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.

If you’re having and issue tracking down a shipment, you’ll need to contact your local post office and/or parcel carriers for assistance.

Where else can I purchase your products?
We are an online only company but some of our items are available at our stockists.
