Great leather strap but clasp broken in a year use.

The leather Apple Watch band is excellent—it's high quality, looks great, and has held up well with everyday use. After about 14 months, the buckle broke, so I reached out to customer support.
They truly stood behind their product. They quickly sentme the replacement hardware at no charge. They alsooffered to have me send the band in so they could make the repair themselves, but the replacement was so simple that I chose to do it myself. The instructions wereclear, and the whole process took me about twominutes.
The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. They were responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience hassle-free. It's refreshing to find a company that stands behind its products. I highlyrecommend them and would definitely buy from them again.”
The band is good, fits the width of the smaller watch, but I really needed the watch straps to be longer.
This watch band was beautiful but after a few months the clasp on the band broke so I no longer wear it.

The leather is nice. It is thick. I wouldn’t call it Space Gray by any stretch of the imagination. It is black. Did not expect the buckle to be plastic on a band this expensive, it makes the entire band feel cheap. Also not really a fan of the style of buckle after having it, but that is just personal preference not a fault of the band, it is clearly pictured. So honest opinion, the leather is nice enough but I would not pay this price for it again and would tell anyone that asked me the same.
EDIT: the founder of Arrow and Board Zackary Brown contacted me after my review and went out of his way to ensure satisfaction. He noted that the buckle is indeed solid metal that has a PVD coating, so it isn’t plastic like I stated above. My mistake but I would prefer the feel of metal, but that is preference and does not reflect poor quality. He also offered a partial refund so I could replace the hardware for the buckle. I told him not to worry with that, but he did refund a bit anyway.
I sincerely appreciate Zackary and him standing behind his product 100%, I give him 5 stars on customer support. As I told him I stand by my 3 star review. As I told him, 3 out of 5 stars is above average and I do not mean it as a bad product. If everything is rated 5 stars it diminishes what 5 stars means. If this band were $15 cheaper it would be a 4-4.5 star product. I am satisfied with the product enough that I kept it and use it. My review is honest to my opinion only. If you like the band there is no reason not to get it if the points I made do not bother you. The company and its founder Zackary are solid and worth consideration.

Lovely band but was almost too short for my partner’s wrist. More info and options on length would be a huge upgrade.

Been wearing the band for a month now and it is improving with age. The band colour is gently darkening as the leather wears in. The quality of the craftsmanship is excellent and I am expecting it to be with me for many years to come.

After much searching for a good quality leather band, I found Arrow and Board. As a bonus, they are a local company!
The band itself is great, made from good quality leather and stitching.
My only grip is that the band meant to hold any excess length is quite loose and constantly moves around.
I like the look and the way the leather has aged. I looked for a raw leather band for sometime before deciding on this. This is the best looking I have found. I love the rustic look.
Overall my favorite band I’ve used, but the clasp is horrible. It’s a slimline style that looks and feels cheap. Annoying to take on and off.
After finding the options at Apple for bands less than appealing I ordered from Arrow Board - Absolutely brilliant watch band. Had so many compliments on it from friends as well.
Wearing it right now. If you want a simple leather band this fits the bill. Nice quality leather. Soft but sturdy. Nice stitching and I love that it's made in the US. Had a little issue with a tight band that was resolved hassle free. I will keep my eye on them for future purchases.

Just received this band for my series 4 watch and love it. Obviously well made with high quality leather. Looks awesome with my space gray watch. Sure you can buy cheap versions but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this band!

Ordered both black & medium brown together. Initial reaction was great UNTIL I noticed the black band has a little more give than the brown :( My wrists are TINY & I was already kinda skeptical about ordering. I knew ahead that I would probably have to utilize the last hole. The brown PERFECT vs the black. Overall happy & not a big enough complaint to return. Just thought I should note in my review.
I ordered one of these for my Dad, and he loves it! Amazing quality to the build, the packaging was impressive and shows careful thought and consideration and the turnaround time on the band was excellent! I'll be back to buy more stuff, I guarantee it.
This is a very quality band. I have a gold watch face and got the black strap with the bronze/gold finishing and it looks very nice together. I read a lot of reviews and a lot of third party sellers don't provide gold/bronze finishing because it's hard to match the watch face, but Arrow & Board did a very nice job. The leather is nice and soft and the clasp feels secure.
